- Service details: Service category, appliance type, issue description, preferred booking date and time, selected service package and other details supplied for the requested service.
- Address and location details: Service address, city, area, landmark, map location and approximate or precise location coordinates when you choose to provide them or grant location permission.
- Booking and service records: Booking ID, booking status, technician or service-partner assignment, estimates, bills, payment status, service history, warranty information, complaints and customer-support history.
- Mobile application and device information: App version, device model, operating-system version, IP address, language, technical logs, crash data, diagnostic information and similar data required for security, performance and troubleshooting.
- Push-notification information: A device push-notification token, such as a Firebase Cloud Messaging token, may be collected and stored to send booking confirmations, technician-assignment updates, estimate notifications, service-status updates, warranty information and other service-related notifications.

If you approve the repair, the visit or diagnosis charge may be adjusted in the final amount as communicated on the relevant booking or service page. If you do not proceed with the repair, the applicable visit or diagnosis charge may remain payable.
We may contact you by phone, SMS, WhatsApp, email, push notification or other communication methods for OTP verification, booking confirmation, technician assignment, service updates, estimates, billing, warranties, safety and customer support.
9. Data Retention
We retain personal information and booking records only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain service and warranty history, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations and operate our business.
