This Shipping & Service Delivery Policy explains how CartPer handles service bookings, technician visits, service coordination, and delivery of home appliance repair services requested through CartPer.com.
CartPer is not an e-commerce product delivery website. We do not accept orders for physical goods, packaged products, accessories, spare parts, or appliances for courier delivery.
CartPer provides an online booking platform where customers can request home appliance repair services. After a booking is submitted, CartPer may coordinate the request with an available technician, City Partner, or regional service partner in the selected serviceable location.
Service delivery means the technician visit, appliance inspection, diagnosis, estimate sharing, repair work, and post-service support coordination, where applicable. It does not mean physical product shipping.
Customers may select a preferred date and time slot while placing a booking. CartPer will try to coordinate the service visit as per the selected slot and technician availability.
CartPer provides booking support across selected serviceable cities and locations in India. Service availability may vary depending on the customer address, appliance category, technician availability, City Partner coverage, and regional service partner availability.
During inspection, if the technician identifies that a spare part is required, the customer will be informed about the part requirement and estimated cost before repair work starts. Repair work or spare part replacement starts only after customer approval.
A service is considered delivered when the assigned technician or service partner visits the customer location and completes the applicable inspection, diagnosis, repair, maintenance, installation, or service activity as accepted by the customer.
If the customer does not approve the repair estimate after inspection, only the applicable visit or inspection charge may be payable, where applicable.
Customers may request cancellation or rescheduling before the technician visit. If a technician has already travelled to the customer location or reached the location, visit or inspection charges may apply.
CartPer will make reasonable efforts to coordinate service delivery. However, service may be delayed or unavailable due to technician availability, address issues, weather, traffic, spare part unavailability, local restrictions, or other operational reasons.
If service is not available in a particular area or for a particular appliance category, CartPer may cancel, reschedule, or inform the customer about non-availability.
