These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you ("User", "Customer") and CartPer.com ("Platform", "we", "us"), concerning your access to and use of our website and booking infrastructure.

CRITICAL NOTICE ON BUSINESS MODEL: CartPer.com is strictly a digital listing, advertising, and booking management platform. We are NOT a service provider, maintenance agency, or employer of field personnel. Our operational scope is limited exclusively to collecting user requirements and relaying them as digital business leads to independent local service entities.

1. Nature of Platform Services

CartPer.com provides an interactive marketplace where customers can book specific repair packages. When you click "Book Now" or complete a booking sequence:

You acknowledge that CartPer.com acts only as an intermediary matchmaker.
The booking information is immediately assigned to an independent, legally separate corporate or proprietary entity operating in your area ("City Partner").

2. Complete Exclusion of Liability & Service Guarantees

Service Quality: CartPer.com does not inspect, guarantee, or supervise the actual physical repair, maintenance, behavior, or punctuality of the technicians assigned by the City Partner.
Damage or Loss: Any physical damage to appliances, domestic property, or financial loss arising during or after the service execution is the sole and absolute liability of the executing City Partner and their dispatched technician. CartPer.com completely disclaims all legal or financial liabilities in this regard.
Legal & Civil Disputes: If a legal claim, dispute, criminal charge, or grievance arises out of a service job, the customer agrees to proceed directly against the City Partner and the specific assigned technician. CartPer.com shall not be named as a party to any such legal proceedings.

3. Pricing and Financial Interactions

Prices listed on our platform are standard indicative rates curated for lead packages. Final validation of complex electrical requirements, additional material costs, gas charging variations, or custom parts replacement must be settled directly between the customer and the City Partner's technician. CartPer.com does not process physical payments or issue on-site repair bills.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, website code, structure, brand name, and the "CartPer" logo are the proprietary assets of CartPer.com and may not be copied without explicit administrative consent.
